how to enable building a new PC ?

Okay, building a new PC. Here are some things to consider:

CPU: The central processing unit or CPU is the brain of the computer. For most use cases, an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor would be a good choice for a typical PC. It depends on your needs - higher end CPUs for intensive tasks like video editing, 3D modeling or gaming, or more modest CPUs for basic tasks like browsing, word processing etc.

Memory: Get at least 8-16 gigabytes of RAM for good performance. More memory will allow you to have more programs open simultaneously without slowing down the PC.

Storage: A solid state drive or SSD is highly recommended for the boot drive. It will make your PC boot and run faster than a hard disk drive or HDD. Get at least 256-512GB of storage for your primary drive. You can also add a larger secondary hard drive for more storage.

Graphics card: Get a dedicated graphics card if you plan to do serious gaming, video editing or 3D modeling. For basic usage, the in-built graphics in the CPU will be sufficient. Popular options include the RTX 2060GTX 1660 Ti, RX 5600 XT.

Screen: Get a screen that suits your needs - 1080p full HD for most usage, 1440p QHD for high resolution experience, 4K for ultra-high definition, or high refresh rates for gaming.

Other things to consider:

Optical drive: Not essential for most modern PCs. Include only if you need it.

Interface ports: Make sure you have the ports you need for connecting peripherals like USB, HDMI, DisplayPort, audio etc.

Power supply: Get a reliable power supply unit or PSU that can handle the power needs of your components. Higher wattage for more powerful components.

Motherboard: Choose a motherboard that supports the generation of CPU you get, has the required number of PCIe slots, and the interfaces you need.

Operating System: Windows 10 is a good choice for most PCs.You can also consider Linux for some usage.
